Fixed-term Clause
The contract is concluded for an initial period of Initial duration of the contract as from its signature by the Parties.
If renewal is tacit
It will then be tacitly renewed for periods of the same duration as the initial period, unless terminated by one of the Parties by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the other Party Maximum deadline for sending a registered letterat the end of the renewal period, at least before expiry.
If the renewal is for an indefinite period
It will then be tacitly renewed for an indefinite period.
Once the contract has been renewed, it may be terminated at any time by either Party, without justification, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the other Party, subject to a notice period of Notice period duration months, without prejudice to other methods of termination provided for in the contract.
If renewal is express
Upon expiry of the contract, its renewal may be agreed by mutual consent between the parties, by any appropriate written means.
