Indefinite duration clause
If the notice period is fixed
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the date it is signed by the Parties.
Without prejudice to the other methods of termination provided for in the contract, it may be terminated at any time by either Party, without justification, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt sent to the other Party, subject to a notice period of Duration of the notice period months.
If the notice period is variable
The contract is concluded for an indefinite period from the date it is signed by the Parties.
