  1. Get Into The Right Mood – before you start, focus on fixing a positive attitude. Say a prayer, meditate for 20-30 minutes if you can, jump up and down for a couple of time – anything to make you feel good about the contest and about yourself. Do not underestimate the power of positive attitude; sometimes it is all the difference between the loser and the winner.


  1. To Win You Need To Eat Fastest In The First 20 Minutes – it takes your body about 20 minutes to realize it is full, and when it gets that signal your capacity to eat food lessens dramatically. Hence, if you want to win, you need to eat as much as possible in those 20 minutes before your body finds it is full. After 20 minutes you can eat slower and slower, but if you managed to eat the most in the beginning, you will stay in the lead.

It is important that you stay cool when you find out that you are slowing down. Stress will incapacitate your ability to eat further; hence, if you want to win, keep your mind cool and focused on the winning.
